Face coverings are MANDATORY and must be worn at all times except while eating and drinking.


  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")

One gallon clear plastic freezer bags (will be provided if needed)

When available, additional clear bags meeting the above criteria may be available for sale at the venue.

When does the Box Office open this season? (2021)

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at Irving Plaza will be open on day-of-show only. If you’re looking to purchase tickets, we ask you to visit us at . If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled or rescheduled, please visit for more information. What shows can I buy tickets for at Irving Plaza?

We sell tickets for all Live Nation events held at Irving Plaza, Gramercy Theatre. A $2- $5 box office fee may be applied to each ticket sold at our Box Office.

We also sell tickets to events at Warsaw – please note those tickets are CASH ONLY and there is no service fee.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

What forms of payment do you accept at the Box Office?

We Accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.

Is the Box Office the only way to purchase tickets?

Tickets are also available for purchase online at our websiteTicketmaster and Live Nation, over the phone at 1.800.745.3000, or at the Mercury Lounge Box Office (card only).

Are there assigned seats at Irving Plaza?

Irving Plaza is a General Admission Standing venue unless otherwise noted for a specific show. We have couches throughout the venue if you need to take a break and sit down during the show.

Is there an age restriction at Irving Plaza?

Irving Plaza is an all ages venue. You must be over 21 & present a valid ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol. If you are under 16 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Do you have a place to put our coats and bags?

Our Coat Check is available year round for $4 per item. All backpacks must be checked.

Coat Check can be purchased with cash at the Coat Check window, or card at the box office. 

What is your photo/video policy?

Point and Shoot cameras are allowed into the venue. Flash photography and cameras with a removable lens need a pass obtained through artist management- If you do not have a photo pass we require that your camera is checked for $4 into Coat Check. Audio and video recording are not allowed.

Are food and beverage available inside the venue?

We have a selection of snacks and other light refreshments at the bars. Our bars serve a variety of beer, wine, and liquor. You must be over 21 and present a valid photo ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol.
